Projects Ashbridge, Ashmill & Cosway Street
Ashmill Completed - March 2023
Two new social rent houses have now completed in Shroton Street (previously known as the Ashmill development), bringing new truly affordable family homes to the area.
Both homes are three stories, with four bedrooms and we’re excited to have already welcomed new families into their new home. The homes are built to improved space standards providing much needed storage space, whilst air source heat pumps ensure energy use is more sustainable.
