Earlier this year we presented you with re-development options for four sites in the Church Street area. The Council has used your views, alongside technical and financial assessments, to make the following decisions:

2018 Key Principles Engagement

Late last year, we asked you to tell us what matters most when thinking about how we could improve the area of Church Street. 

You told us the most important thing we can do is provide new homes in the area. You said this should be genuinely affordable and good quality housing.
