The Neighbourhood Keepers Programme funds local grassroot organisations and individuals to deliver free services which provide health, wellbeing and environmental benefits for all residents of Church Street ward and Paddington Green estate.

Neighbourhood Keepers is a fund that supports a variety of community initiatives around Church Street including healthy cooking sessions, sports activities, food waste recycling and environmental projects.

It aims to improve the local environment, increase digital inclusion, and enhance equality and community cohesion for all residents.

Create Church Street

Create Church Street is a £150,000 fund that supports creativity within the Church Street regeneration area. The fund will support creative and environmental projects delivered for and with people living in the Church Street ward and Paddington Green estate.

A new initiative created by Westminster City Council in partnership with crowdfunding platform Spacehive, Crowdfund Westminster is designed to enable Westminster residents and businesses to support creative, diverse projects that will benefit our communities.

Who can apply?

Organisations and individuals aged over 16 are welcome to take part. It doesn’t matter where you are based, as long as your project benefits the community within the Church Street ward and Paddington Green.
