Ashbridge Completed
This scheme was completed in June 2023 and has 26 new 1–3-bedroom social rent homes.

Cosway Street
This scheme was completed in August 2022. Cosway Street is the latest addition to Church Street as part of the regeneration with 49 one, two and three-bedroom apartments set around a serene communal garden.
The income generated from selling the homes at Cosway Street will be reinvested back into affordable housing locally and across Westminster.

About Ashbridge, Ashmil & Cosway Developments
We have built 77 new homes across our sites in Ashbridge Street, Shroton Street and Cosway Street, and 28 of these will be affordable homes.
Work on all three sites began in 2019, with the practical completion for the sites in summer 2023
