Site B & C Check in
The regeneration of Church Street
Over the last few years, we have seen the regeneration of Church Street gather pace with projects
completed at Ashbridge Street, Ashmill Street, Daventry House, Luton Street and Fisherton Street.
Between them and other projects in the ward, over 149 new social rent homes have been built,
affordable workspaces provided at the Triangle Enterprise space, along with new and improved
green spaces. We have also learned how important it is to listen to residents’ views and concerns.
Site B & C
We are now preparing to take the next step with residents, stakeholders, and businesses on Site B
and C – please see the map below.
The Council is committed to co-designing the plans for these two sites and working with residents
to assemble the best possible team of experts. This takes time, and this team won’t be fully in place
and ready to work with residents by mid-2025
