View the latest designs for Church Street Site A

We recently revealed updated designs for one of the major projects for the Church Street Regeneration Programme. Site A is located at the top of Church Street and will include new homes, shops, a garden street and the new Church Street Library.

Every piece of feedback we have received about the plans for Site A has been read, reviewed and discussed. What you tell us is really helping to shape the designs.

The site between Edgware Road and Penfold Street is one of the biggest in the regeneration programme and will bring high quality new homes and spaces for businesses to use. We want to make sure the regeneration makes life better for the people who live here now, so your feedback is really important. The design responds to community feedback which included:

• Flats should be dual aspect to maximise ventilation and provide varying views

• Design out anti-social behaviour and crime by not having little corners and alleyways

• Church Street library should remain on Church Street and there should be no temporary library

• There need to be new toilets both for market stall holders and customers

These comments and much more have all been incorporated into the latest proposed designs for Church Street Site A. Now, we want to hear your feedback so we can make them even better. Find out more through the button below:
