A FARIER APPROACH FOR OUR TENANTS AND LEASEHOLDERS:
If you’re a Westminster tenant or leaseholder, we want to hear your views on our new Housing Compensation Policy. We want to provide a fairer approach to how we assess and award compensation for your home when we fail to deliver a housing service.
That is why we have drafted a new policy for you to read and let us know what you think before 8 October. The policy aims to make it easier for residents to apply for compensation, to make sure we award compensation consistently and take people’s personal circumstances into account.
