Yoga is an embodied practice that will help you connect with your body and help you live as an embodied human being, rather than being stuck in your head. Mala CHERGA'S approach emphasises listening to your body, self-compassion and empathy towards yourself and a non-competitive attitude, rather than distancing from it with self-criticism and competitiveness. You don’t need to be flexible to start practicing yoga and to enjoy its benefits. You will be guided to practice at your own level of fitness and ability, regardless of your age.
