CPO update
On 16 September 2024, the Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government confirmed the CPO with modification. The notice confirms that the City of Westminster is authorised to purchase the land described in the CPO and shown shaded pink and to acquire new rights over the land coloured blue on the CPO map - see below.
The City of Westminster Council intends to make a general vesting declaration to acquire the land and new rights. When made, the declaration will vest the land and new rights in the City of Westminster.
