Projects Orchardson Street

Orchardson Street is currently home to the council’s Lisson Grove Offices and Westminster Adult Education Service. We are proposing to build 150 new homes on Orchardson Street with business and enterprise space at ground floor level. The homes here will have a view over the canal and have been designed to maximise natural day light. Works are anticipated to start in 2024 and to last for around three years.
